Changing Your Password

The identityService API  enables Participant Users to reset their password for a specific Participant ID account. Passwords expire every 90 days, but it can be reset at any time—even after expiry—provided the account remains unlocked. If multiple incorrect password attempts lock the account, the Participany Administrator must perform the reset.

Your user ID and password are the same across all participant IT systems—MSATS, EMMS, NOS, and OPDMS. Changing your password in one system updates it for all.
